couldve been made with around 10 layers instead of 52 though, if u use stock
instead of making clouds, which those dont look anything less than stock to me.
so a lighting layer, Clouds layer, Birds Layer, Charcater Overlay, Lensflare
with sun merged"sunshine layer", sparkles "below her" layer,
Grass An mountain layer, so around 8 or so if ud done it the easy way :P, around
hour of work id say, try stock next time its alot easier than making effects.

with what you done i like the tiles looks great nice winter theme.. i didnt get
festival but i felt the winter coming out of it. im impressed most xcellent
